All the production processes at Avimecc are carefully monitored at every stage by expert personnel, and the products are subjected to constant checks and tests in the laboratory. In addition, the meat processing operations are carried out in strict conformity with the hygiene regulations required by the local health authorities, using the H.A.C.C.P. system of self-regulation and observing the ISO 9001:2008 norms on quality certification and the 14001:2004 regulations on environmental certification.
Every package bearing the Avimecc label is therefore guaranteed to contain a healthy, tasty product with high nutritional value.
The direct monitoring of the whole production chain and the use of identification codes for every product ensure a complete knowledge and traceability of Avimecc meat products throughout every stage of processing, from the original ingredients to refrigerated storage for retail sale.
